Vermont is such an amazing place, with a natural beauty and abundance worthy of both sharing and protecting.  Vermont Maple Smoke's small batch sauces are made to preserve the seasons' harvest year round, as well as to share the flavors of the places they have been, people they have met, and what nature has revealed to them.

Chef & Owner Brian Stefan has traveled and worked in numerous areas including South Carolina, the US Virgin Islands, and Colorado. These experiences have shaped the flavors of Vermont Maple Smoke and Chef Brian's food-centric life. The methods and flavors that now appear in Vermont Maple Smoke's products are an amalgamation of southern traditions adapted for the north.
