Thank you for your interest in renting Maverick Market at 110 Main Street! We are located at 110 Main Street, Suite 1C, Burlington Vermont. Please read the below and fill out this form if you would like to rent our space!
Our space is the perfect place to:
- Host a private party
- Host a pop up event for your business
- Host a meeting or presentation
- Setup a Video/Photography studio
- Host private dinners for rehearsals, etc.
- Host a art class or cooking demonstration
- Skys the limit!
Space overview:
- Easy access to downtown Burlington
- 35-person capacity (Can have more over the course of an evening for events, but no more than 35 at one time)
- 750 Sq Feet
- Basic PA system and speaker
- 20 Event Chairs
- 6-foot Tables, High-tops, and stools
- Access to 55" TV screen for videos, presentations, etc
- Access to bathrooms
- Access to mobile bar/counter area
- Access to promotion, ticket links, and marketing assistance via Local Maverick if requested**
Rental Pricing
Pricing ranges depending on your usage and needs. Minimum fee is $300 per rental.
