This wild-caught smoked salmon has a delightful balance of applewood smoke, VT maple syrup, and salt with mild spice. Medium dry, tender, flaky consistency.
Caught in Alaska, smoked to order in Northern Vermont. Our smoked salmon is vacuum-packed and ready to eat right away. Best consumed within 2-3 weeks, but can be frozen for later use.
Handling: To thaw, place in the refrigerator and allow at least a day to thaw prior to cooking. Keep it refrigerated and enjoy within 2-3 weeks.
