Vermont Fermentation Adventures Firecracker Kraut is medium to medium-hot for most palates depending on the strength of the various hot peppers. The volatile oils of the hot peppers, garlic and horseradish ferment with the cabbage into a delightful glow.
Ingredients: Pete's Greens organic green cabbage, garlic, and jalapeños; Celtic Sea Salt®, Tunbridge Hill Farm hot Portugals and habaneros; homegrown horseradish root.
