Agricola makes their own Italian salame with pastured pork sourced from their farm. Their traditional recipe uses just a few key spices and allows the flavor of the meat to come through, with flavor notes of their pastures, rich in wild edibles and native herbs. They age their salame for one month and pack it in hand-tied links, each unique in size and shape. Their salame is shelf stable makes for a showstopping antipasto, a delightful midday lunch, or a fantastic centerpiece to any charcuterie board.
