Located in the municipality of San Antonio La Paz, Las Moritas is owned by Don Higinio Gomez and his wife Dona Aura. The farm sits on a high mountainous range and yields several varietals, including Bourbon, Castillo, and Red Bourbon.
The high altitude and microclimate combined with high humidity forests give this coffee a ton of interesting character and a long lasting caramel finish.
